Bart W. Kimbrell, MD

Dr. Kimbrell joined the Gainesville Radiology Group in July 2017. A native of Gainesville, he earned degrees from Truett McConnell College and Mercer University while playing collegiate baseball at the junior college and division I levels.  He graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2010. After completing one year of training in orthopedic surgery, he transitioned into radiology, completing his residency in 2016 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. He underwent subspecialty training in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University of Utah Health Care, participating in the care of patients in the Salt Lake City area and its local sports teams, including athletes from the Utah Jazz and the University of Utah.  Dr. Kimbrell resides in Gainesville with his wife and two daughters.
