Stuart Deaderick, MD
Dr. Deaderick joined Gainesville Radiology Group in 2019. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee where he also played on the men's rugby team. He graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2013. He then completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, serving as chief resident in his final year. He underwent further fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, also at the University of South Florida. He has a special interest in Interventional Oncology; the minimally invasive treatment of tumors in the liver, kidneys, bones and other organs. He also specializes in arterial embolizations for the treatment of uterine fibroids and prostatic enlargement. In his free time Dr. Deaderick enjoys hiking, mountain biking and live music. He lives in Gainesville with his wife and son.
